- 2/3 kopp pasteurisert eggehvite fra en kartong, romtemperatur (eller ca. 4 eggehviter) (155 gram)
- 2 1/2 kopp kakemel (300 gram)
- 1 2/3 ts bakepulver (7 gram)
- 1 ss matcha pulver (6 gram)
